I was suprised when I brought varesh out, I really wished I could see her better. After I got the giant, I put him out, and was blown away at the size difference. I think that for a CE minipet, it should have the same "Wow.." feeling when you bust it out like Kuunavang, instead of the "What is that.."

Gray Giant is awesome. A year from now, the price will go back up I bet.

Aside from that- What sets trolls above devourers? Trolls make noise.

If Anet decides to do anything to make the Varesh pet 'better' - then it needs to add animation or sound, not just a few pixels higher and some crappy pvp scythe.

Make her randomly use an avatar or something- I didnt / dont plan to sell my Varesh, but Im sure something like this would make it worth more in game.

/signed to a bigger Varesh and to maybe giving her a sythe. I was a bit disapointed with her. I was expecting something as big, loud, and cool as a Kunavang, but instead got a small, quiet varesh. I still like her though. Then again, I like all minipets....

That would definitly make her as cool as the Kunavange. Make her bigger, giver her a sythe, and have her randomly use one of the avatars of the gods every few minutes. Maybe have her alternate between the avatars also?

Hmm, I'm not sure if any posted but, Scribe #24 stated that Varesh got an upgrade from Mahk, and now all Varesh minipets are now bigger and wield a scythe.

Mahk politely declined to share the details with me, citing the confidentiality of the "Toymaker's Code." But he believes, and I agree, that the changes will give all who own the Varesh Miniature a pleasant surprise.

Watch for these changes to take effect within the next week or so, and don't be surprised if Mahk's machinations make this toy even more desirable and, in turn, more valuable as a collectable.

This is different than the Rurick and Shiro minis that both carry weapons, Rurik a Flaming Sword and Shiro two swords.

Personally, I think she would have looked better carrying a sythe. This is perhaps why Varesh has been trading for such a low price.

I realize this is a minor thing in the scheme of things, but I like the mini's. I do most of my exploring with heros and henchies and will usually take out a mini to add some entertainment to the mix. I just feel she would be more popular if she had her weapon. we do after all see her carrying it in most of the cut secens.

Thanks Gaile, its good to know that someone's listening and willing to get improvements done. Maybe now I can actually use her, though I still like my necrid horseman the best.
